30 hours weekend shift in Columbia

We are currently looking to staff a Part-Time weekend shift in Columbia. Available every Saturday–Sunday from 7:00 AM–10:00 PM. Male caregiver preferred. Must have experience with Parkinson’s patients, safe transfers, and assisting with showers.

Qualifications

• Will need current CPR and First Aid Certification
• Current CNA license
• Must have a valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have good oral and written communication skills
• Must be able to understand care plans and assessments
• Must have current doctor's medical health clearance to work which includes a negative TB Test

Responsibilities

• to include but not limited to:
• Personal Care (bathing, dressing, and transfers)
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping
• Monitor and report physical and behavioral changes
• Assist with medication reminders
• Engage the client in conversation and activities
