Perform laboratory patient testing, process specimens, and accurately report results within a fast-paced emergency room environment. Maintain laboratory equipment, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Requires an Associate degree in Laboratory Science and a valid driver's license, with LMT/MLT or ASCP certifications strongly preferred. Preference is given to candidates with at least one year of hospital laboratory experience, particularly in high-acuity settings.
Overview Hospitality Health ER is seeking a Laboratory Technician to support laboratory operations within our freestanding emergency room environment. This role is responsible for performing laboratory testing, maintaining accurate results, supporting specimen processing, and ensuring compliance with all laboratory policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare setting while maintaining a strong patient-centered focus.
This position plays a critical role in supporting both patient care and operational efficiency throughout the facility.
