Provides spiritual and religious care to patients, families, and staff within a pediatric hospital setting. Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to integrate spiritual needs into patient care plans and facilitates religious sacraments and memorial services.
Requires a Bachelor's degree, 1-3 years of relevant experience, and the completion of 4 CPE units. Certification from APC, NACC, or Neshama is preferred, along with BCC certification.
Delivers chaplaincy care to patients, their loved ones and staff, as appropriate. Ensures that religious and spiritual needs of patients and their loved ones are met in assigned areas.
