Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and manage mental health and substance use disorders through medication and individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide care via in-person and telehealth settings, including TMS and Spravato treatments.
Requires an active PMHNP license, Board Certification (PMHNP-BC), and a minimum of 3 years of psychiatric clinical experience. Candidates must have experience with substance use disorders and MAT, and possess or be willing to obtain a DEA license and X-waiver.

We are seeking an experienced Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with a strong background in mental health and substance use treatment. The ideal candidate is confident, collaborative, and passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
This is not an entry-level role—you should be comfortable managing complex cases independently while working within a team-based care model.
Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments Diagnose and manage mental health and substance use disorders Provide medication management, including MAT (Medication-Assisted Treatment) Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Order and interpret labs and diagnostic tests Provide care via both in-person and telehealth settings Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and care teams Coordinate referrals and ensure continuity of care Educate patients and families on treatment and recovery Participate in quality improvement and clinical initiatives Provide TMS and Spravato treatment for patients.
