Develops and maintains the facility's Restorative Nursing program, ensuring proper delivery and documentation of care. Collaborates with therapists and staff to implement restorative measures and educate employees on nursing techniques.
Requires graduation from an accredited school of nursing and a current Registered Nurse license. CPR certification is recommended, along with a compassionate and ethical approach to resident care.
