Provide direct support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities within residential homes. Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, teaching life skills, and facilitating community activities.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and pass a county background check. Willingness to assist with personal hygiene tasks and lift at least 50lbs is required.

Shifts worked between Friday from 6pm- Sunday 11:59pm receive a $0.50 /hour bonus.
You must be willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts and alternating weekends.
All training and certification is provided and paid for by AID of Indiana. Training is paid.
