Facilitate safe surgeries by setting up instruments, performing counts, and scrubbing in to assist surgeons during invasive procedures. Additional duties include handling specimens, assisting with patient positioning, and managing OR turnover.
Requires completion of an accredited Operating Room Technology course and CST certification within 60 days of hire for recent graduates. One year of Operating Room experience is preferred.

One year of Operating Room experience preferred.
Successful completion of an accredited course in Operating Room Technology.
Surgical Technician Certification (CST) Preferred if surgical technician training occurred on or before 12/29/2020 and candidate practiced clinically at any time during the two preceding years. Certified Surgical Technologist (by National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting) Certification required within 60 days of date of hire, if surgical training took place on or after 12/29/2020.
