The physician will conduct orthopedic-focused exams, perform joint injections and bone marrow procedures, and develop treatment plans for musculoskeletal pain. They will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality concierge care in an outpatient setting.
Candidates must be an MD or DO licensed to practice in CT and Board Certified/Eligible in specialties such as Emergency Medicine, Pain Management, Orthopedics, Sports Medicine, PM&R, or Anesthesiology. Experience with joint injections and ultrasound is required.
Conduct physical exams and assessments for patients with musculoskeletal issues Review imaging (X-rays, MRIs), patient history, and diagnose and develop treatment plans to treat tendinopathies and musculoskeletal conditions Perform bone marrow aspiration procedures and ultrasound guided injections (we provide training if needed) Support advanced practice providers, as needed Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and safety standards Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams, as needed, regarding treatment options and care plans
Board Certified/Board Eligible in one of the following preferred specialties: Emergency Medicine, Pain Management, Orthopedics, Sports Medicine, PM&R, or Anesthesiology Experience in joint injections and the use of ultrasound required MD or DO License to Practice Medicine in CT A collaborative, patient-focused attitude, and an interest in regenerative medicine Willingness to commute to North Haven (Required) Compensation : $215K-$225K
