The Clinical RN II manages individualized patient care by promoting and restoring health according to medical plans and established policies. They collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop, execute, and evaluate patient care goals.
Candidates must have at least one year of RN experience and a Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing, with a BSN preferred. Required certifications include a Virginia RN license and Basic Life Support, with additional specialty certifications based on the unit.
