Perform physical therapy evaluations and establish customized plans of care to meet patient goals. Provide treatments and continuously modify plans to achieve desired health outcomes.
Must be a licensed Physical Therapist in the State of Oregon with BLS certification. At least one year of experience in an acute care setting is preferred.
Physical Therapist Performs physical therapy evaluations, establishes plan of care to meet identified goals, provides treatments, evaluates effectiveness of treatments, and modifies plan of care as needed to achieve desired outcomes. SKILLS AND ABILITIES Maintains regular, consistent and punctual attendance at the assigned job location Effective leadership skills Proficient in organizing, delegating, providing education to patients, families, co-workers EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES/DEGREES Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the State of Oregon American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) EXPERIENCE At least one year experience as a physical therapist in acute care setting preferred GENERAL INFORMATION Union Affiliation: UFCW The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by individuals assigned to this position.
