This position involves a mix of clinic responsibilities, with the potential for hospital rounds and assisting in surgical cases. Urology is an exciting and diverse specialty, offering the chance to treat a wide range of conditions in patients of all ages and backgrounds. Your Key Responsibilities: Assess and manage patient health through interviews, physical exams, and review of medical histories. Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including labs, X-rays, and ECGs. Perform therapeutic procedures such as injections, suturing, and wound care. Develop and implement patient management plans to ensure continuity of care. Provide patient education, counseling, and support on wellness, treatment plans, and emotional health. Document all services accurately and promptly in patient records. Stay up-to-date with medical knowledge, legislation, and industry standards to provide exceptional care. What We're Looking For: PA-C, NP-C, or APRN Certification (required) 3-5 years' experience in a clinical or medical setting preferred. Fluent in Spanish and English - required Strong critical thinking, organization, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR). Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, compassionate demeanor. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
