Bridle Trails Family Dentistry is looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated Dental Assistant to join our growing team! We pride ourselves on providing exceptional patient care in a positive, team-oriented environment where both patients and employees feel valued.

• What you'll do
• Assist the doctor during a variety of dental procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure instruments are sterilized and ready for use
• Take digital radiographs and intraoral images
• Educate patients on treatment plans and post-operative care
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation
• Support infection control and OSHA compliance protocols
• Collaborate with team members to provide an outstanding patient experience

• What we're looking for
• Current Washington State Dental Assistant registration (or ability to obtain)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and team-first mentality
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with digital dentistry and dental software preferred
• Previous dental assisting experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
