Provide individual, couples, and family counseling services while conducting assessments and treatment planning. Collaborate with an integrative medical team to coordinate comprehensive care for patients with various behavioral health conditions.
Must hold an active Oregon LCSW or LPC license. Requires strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
Our team works alongside specialists including Acupuncturists, Primary Care Specialists, Chiropractors, and Massage Therapists to provide comprehensive care tailored to each individual. We also offer additional wellness services such as hyperbaric oxygen therapy and IV nutritional therapy to support a wide range of behavioral and health conditions.
We are seeking a skilled, compassionate, and motivated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our growing team in Central Point, Oregon. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping individuals and families improve their overall well-being and is comfortable working within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
· Provide individual, couples, and/or family counseling services · Conduct assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing documentation · Support patients experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, grief, stress management, behavioral concerns, relationship issues, self-esteem concerns, and life transitions · Collaborate with our integrative medical team to coordinate patient care · Maintain professional and ethical standards in accordance with Oregon licensing requirements · Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive clinic culture
