Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients in a home health setting to support their aging-in-place objectives. Deliver patient-centered care with dignity and compassion in accordance with the organization's Christian mission.
Must be a graduate of a physical therapy assistant program and licensed as a PTA in Pennsylvania. Requires a valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation for home visits.
Graduate of a physical therapy assistant program. Minimum of 6 months acute care or rehabilitation center experience preferred. Licensed as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Reliable, independent means of transportation to make home visits. Drivers must have a valid driver’s license and car insurance.
