Provide individual and family therapy sessions for children, adolescents, and teens while conducting diagnostic assessments and formulating DSM-5 diagnoses. Coordinate care with families, school systems, and outside providers to maintain individualized treatment plans.
Requires a Master's degree and an active or pending Illinois clinical license (e.g., LPC, LSW, LMFT). Candidates must have at least one year of direct clinical experience working with younger populations.

COMPENSATION This is a fee-for-service role. Therapists earn a percentage of collected session revenue, commensurate with experience and licensure level. Master’s level / pre-licensed: 40–49% — approximately $50–$61 per session Fully licensed: 50%+ — approximately $63+ per session
THE ROLE This position is designed for an experienced clinician who specializes in working with children, adolescents, and teens. You’ll carry a caseload of individual and family therapy clients across this demographic, with full administrative support so you can focus on clinical care. You'll:
Provide individual and/or family therapy sessions for children, adolescents, and teens Conduct diagnostic assessments and formulate DSM-5 diagnoses Develop, implement, and maintain individualized treatment plans Coordinate care with family members, school systems, and outside providers when clinically appropriate Collaborate with intake, leadership, and care coordination teams Contribute to children’s specialty outreach and marketing initiatives
1 therapy experience with children, adolescents, or teens Hold or are actively pursuing an Illinois clinical license Bring a specialty or modality relevant to younger populations (play therapy, ADHD, autism, trauma) Are comfortable working collaboratively with parents, guardians, and school systems Thrive with autonomy and also value team collaboration Are organized, timely, and accurate with documentation and billing Want to grow a caseload without building a practice from scratch
