Provide personalized home-based speech therapy to patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders. Conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with a healthcare team to improve patient outcomes.
Requires a Master's or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology and a current SLP license in New Hampshire. CPR certification is required, and at least one year of experience is preferred.
