Manages individualized, goal-directed nursing care for NICU patients using the nursing process and primary nursing principles. Responsibilities include collecting patient data, formulating nursing diagnoses, and coordinating delivery of care in collaboration with families.
Requires a Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Nursing and a valid Tennessee state nursing license. Pediatric nursing experience is preferred, and a sign-on bonus is available for those with at least 2 years of Level 3 or higher NICU experience.
