The role involves assisting patients with daily activities, monitoring vital signs, and providing emotional and physical support. Responsibilities also include maintaining a clean environment and communicating with the healthcare team and families.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and complete a state-approved SRNA certification training course. Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association is also required.
