Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to pass a background check. Experience in DDA and CPR/First Aid certification are preferred.
Caring Hands Inc. is seeking compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities. DSPs assist individuals with daily living activities, promote independence, and ensure a safe and supportive environment.
Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) Provide community integration and support Follow Individual Service Plans (ISP) Document services and progress notes accurately and timely Ensure client safety and well-being Report incidents and changes in condition Maintain professionalism and confidentiality
