Responsibilities

Meet with clients virtually for individual, couples, and family therapy sessions Assess presenting concerns and determine appropriate treatment focus Support clients with relationship concerns, family dynamics, parenting stress, anxiety, grief, and adjustment issues Build treatment plans that are realistic, measurable, and clinically appropriate Keep organized records of assessments, progress notes, and care updates Use telehealth tools professionally and maintain strong session flow online Recognize when clients need additional support, referrals, or a higher level of care Stay aligned with Texas licensure rules, professional ethics, and privacy standards Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field Active and unrestricted Texas LMFT license Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, families, or relational systems Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems Strong clinical documentation and communication skills Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for virtual sessions Ability to manage a full-time caseload in a remote setting 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Full benefits package If this sounds like the right next role for your LMFT background, take the next move toward a full-time remote therapy position in Texas.
