• Position Overview Location: Texas Setting: Remote / Telehealth Employment Type: Full-Time Annual Pay: $115,000–$120,000 with full benefits Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Responsibilities

Conduct scheduled telehealth therapy sessions with clients throughout Texas Provide therapy for couples, families, and individuals facing relational or emotional concerns Gather clinical history, review presenting concerns, and create clear treatment goals Help clients work through communication patterns, conflict, stress, trauma-related concerns, and life changes Document each session accurately and complete required clinical paperwork on time Coordinate care needs within appropriate clinical and ethical boundaries Maintain client confidentiality and comply with HIPAA requirements Use secure technology to deliver consistent remote mental health services Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field Active and unrestricted Texas LMFT license Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, families, or relational systems Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems Strong clinical documentation and communication skills Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for virtual sessions Ability to manage a full-time caseload in a remote setting 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Full benefits package If you are ready to bring your LMFT experience into a stable remote role serving clients across Texas, take the next step in your therapy career today.
