• Range: $21.35 - $21.35 HourlySupported Living Assistant - Crystal Lake The Supported Living Assistant provides support and service to clients who have intellectual disabilities living in their natural home environment.
• This part-time position consists of working 1:1 with an individual in their own home and community. Qualified persons will have own reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and a high school diploma.

Hours

• Up to 15 hours per week
• Monday: 2:30pm-4:00pm
• Tuesday: 2:30pm-6:30pm
• Wednesday: 2:30pm-6:30pm
• Thursday: 2:30pm-4:30pm
• Friday: 2:30pm-6:30pm
• Pay: $21.35/hr
• Responsibilities: Provides support and service to clients living in the community in their natural home environment
