The CMAT is responsible for accurately administering medications to residents according to physician orders and documenting the process. They must monitor residents for adverse reactions and collaborate with the nursing team to ensure timely care.
Candidates must be a Certified Medication Aide Technician with a passion for senior care and strong attention to detail. Applicants must successfully pass a background check and drug screening process.
