We are looking for a PRN Registered Nurse who will be responsible for delivery of patient care.
The nurse must be able to demonstrate knowledge and skills in the care of his/her patients, working in a patient home environment and be able to assist full-time staff when needed.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Minimum of two (2) years nursing experience and preferably one of the two years in an acute, oncology home health, and/or hospice setting.
Knowledge of the Medicare Certified Hospice Program preferred.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS Possess a valid driver’s license in the state of Georgia.
Ability to either drive or have available reliable transportation and present evidence of valid automobile liability insurance.
Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, and to comprehend written and verbal communication.
Ability to operate computer equipment, fax, and copier machines.
Ability to work a flexible schedule.
Ability to work well within an interdisciplinary team setting as well as independently.
Ability to work with patients and families dealing with life-threatening illness and death.
Ability to assess and respond to the needs of patients and families in varied settings.
Demonstrates skill in nursing practice, ability to cope with family’s emotional stress, and tolerance of individual lifestyles.
Ability to make meaningful observations and write comprehensive accurate reports.
