The Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering direct patient care under physician supervision, including preparing for procedures and administering treatments. They collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective patient outcomes and provide education to patients and their families.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited nursing school with a current Arkansas RN license and Basic Life Support certification. The role requires the ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work under stressful conditions with irregular hours.

Under the direct supervision and delegation of the physician, the nurse is responsible for the delivery of patient care. Preps for procedures, anticipating what medical supplies will be required. Collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes. Serves as a resource nurse when oriented and so directed. Supports the organization’s mission, vision and values. Applies knowledge of patient’s age and cultural diversity, along with their spiritual and emotional needs into the provision of patient care. Contributes to the provision of quality nursing care through performance improvement techniques that demonstrate positive outcomes in patient care. In accordance with our mission and core values, the registered nurse will perform care requiring specialized knowledge, judgment and nursing skills based on the application of the nursing process. The RN uses assessment skills to ensure multidisciplinary patient care and teamwork to meet established practice guidelines, clinic specific policies and regulatory standards.
The physical activities involve balancing, climbing, crawling, crouching, grasping, kneeling, lifting, pulling, pushing, reaching, standing, stooping and use of fingers and repetitive movements. An individual in this position may be required to carry or lift weight up to 50 lbs and push/pull 100-300 lbs. The sensory and communicative activities required for this position include feeling, hearing, seeing, smelling and speaking. Individuals in this position could possibly be exposed to inside/outside environmental conditions, infectious diseases, blood borne pathogens and body fluids, chemical hazards, respiratory hazards and radiological hazards.
Requires working under stressful conditions and working irregular hours.
