In this specialized role, you will act as a critical bridge to mental health treatment and stability for vulnerable adults and seniors. You will work closely with individuals referred by the Department for Children and Families (DCF)—including those who may have experienced abuse, neglect, or exploitation—as well as older adults and caregivers requiring dedicated geriatric mental health support.
