The Registered Nurse is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing home care services for individuals and families. They utilize community resources to ensure quality patient care is delivered within home settings.
Requires a current RN license, CPR certification, and 1-2 years of acute care experience. A Bachelor's degree in Nursing and experience with OASIS documentation are preferred.

Registered Nurse (RN) with current and unencumbered license to practice professional nursing in the state of employment. Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program, preferred. One (1) to two (2) years of recent acute care experience in an institutional setting. One (1) year of home health care experience, preferred. Management experience not required, but direct supervisory experience of Licensed Vocational Nurses and Nurse Aides/Assistants, preferred. Possess and maintain valid CPR certification. Must have obtained in-person with a practical skills evaluation as part of the final test. Working knowledge of OASIS documentation requirements, preferred. Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, basic math skills; nursing skills per competency checklist. Access to reliable transportation. Job Type: PRN
