Job Description

Licensed Physical Therapist (Full-time) Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy - Outpatient Location: Peru, IN (5 Broadway Plaza) We create the opportunity — YOU make the impact. Compensation

• $77,000 to $95,000/year (based on location, experience, certs, etc.) If taking advantage of our clinician bonus plan, you can earn up to an additional $1,192.31 per paycheck ($31,000 annually). Welcome bonuses or student loan repayment offered for certain opportunities (up to $10K) What makes Ivy different?
