Travel Physical Therapist

Physical Therapist – Home Health (Full-Time) Arizona | Nevada | California (Travel Position) Billet Health is seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join our growing Home Health team. This is a full-time traveling role providing care across Arizona, Nevada, and California. Our clinicians deliver high-quality, patient-centered therapy services in the comfort of patients’ homes, helping individuals regain mobility, independence, and quality of life.

Position Overview The Physical Therapist provides in-home therapy services under physician orders and individualized care plans, in collaboration with the Director of Clinical Services or Clinical Manager. This role requires travel throughout the tri-state region while maintaining consistent, high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient evaluations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and manual therapy Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs Document patient progress accurately and timely Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members Travel to patient homes across assigned territories

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (APTA-approved) Active Physical Therapist license in AZ, NV, and CA (multi-state preferred) Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Valid auto insurance CPR or BLS certification Current TB test (skin test within 1 year or chest X-ray within 5 years) Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card Home Health experience preferred Compensation $150,000 annual salary
