Salary
$22 - $25 / HOUR
Provide direct healthcare services and medication administration to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in residential settings. Responsibilities include triage, on-call support, collaborating on care plans, and training staff on health protocols.
Must be a licensed LPN or RN in South Carolina with CPR and First Aid certifications. Requires a nursing degree, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass comprehensive background screenings.

Must be at least 18 years old Diploma or Associates degree from an accredited nursing program Active license in good standing with the SC Board of Nursing CPR and First Aid certification Strong time management and communication skills Ability to travel frequently within Spartanburg County Valid driver’s license and Social Security number Ability to type 70+ WPM and navigate basic computer systems Must pass background checks, DMV screening, Medicaid exclusion, fingerprinting (if SC resident <1 year), and provide 3 professional references
