• DFW-based rural coverage: primarily Cooke, Fannin, Navarro, Hill, and Bosque counties. Also open to candidates in Denton, Grayson, Ellis, Johnson, Kaufman, Hunt, and Hood who can commute.

Pay

• $40/hr
• Schedule: Full-time, 36–40 hrs/week This is pediatric home health. One patient at a time. Clear care plans. Consistent hours. Less unit chaos. More focused care. What you’ll do Deliver skilled nursing care in patient homes Follow care plans and clinical protocols Monitor vitals, meds, and home equipment Chart visits in KanTime EMR Coordinate with families and clinical team Support safe care transitions Build trust with patients and caregivers Must-Haves Active Texas RN license 1 year of nursing experience required Available 36–40 hrs/week Able to travel within assigned counties Comfortable in pediatric home health Comfortable working in home settings Nice to Have KanTime EMR or EVV experience Prior home health experience Bilingual Spanish Perks &
