Wood Violet Recovery, a privately owned and mission-driven residential treatment center in Dodgeville, WI (45 minutes from Madison), is expanding our clinical team. We provide trauma-informed, mental health, and dual-diagnosis care—and we’re looking for a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) who wants to make a meaningful impact in clients’ lives and feel genuinely supported in their own career.

Schedule

• 8:30am-5:00pm
• Tuesday through Saturday
• Sunday through Thursday

• What You’ll Do
• Facilitate 20+ hours/week of group therapy and psychoeducation, using your preferred modalities.
• Provide individual therapy, diagnostic assessments, and treatment planning.
• Support clients with crisis intervention and stabilization as needed.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team committed to client-centered care.
• Maintain timely and clinically sound documentation.

What You’ll Bring • Active WI license

• LPC, LCSW, or LMFT (required — we welcome all three!).
• Experience with mental health and/or co-occurring disorders.
• Confidence and skill in group facilitation.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
