The Certified Nurse Assistant is responsible for delivering high-quality, individualized basic nursing care under the direction of RNs and LVNs. The role focuses on providing safe patient care while considering the patient's age, developmental status, and cultural diversity.
Candidates must have completed a Nursing Assistant Course and hold a current C.N.A. certification and Basic Life Support/AHA certification. A high school diploma and six months of acute hospital experience are preferred.
