Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations Develop and implement patient care plans Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures as needed Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate patient care Monitor and document patient progress and outcomes Provide patient education and counseling on health management Participate in quality improvement initiatives Adhere to best practices and regulatory standards in patient care

Requirements

Valid NP or PA license in the state of practice Associate degree in Nursing (for NP) or Physician Assistant studies Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems Knowledge of hospital medicine practices and protocols Ability to adapt to fast-paced and changing environments

Schedule: 3-5 days per workweek 7a-7p

Setting: Inpatient

# of Beds: 10

Patient Volumes

Admitting: ~ 5-8 per day

Rounding: ~ 6-10 per day

No procedures

EMR: Epic

Must be board-certified

Additional Required Certifications: Dea, acls, bls
