Provide comprehensive case management and intensive life skills training to consumers to support their recovery and community integration. Coordinate with social agencies and community resources to ensure appropriate service delivery and maintain detailed client records.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field, though a high school diploma with equivalent experience may be considered. Must be able to obtain PA State Police, Child Abuse, and FBI fingerprint clearances.
