The housekeeper’s role is to ensure all cleaning duties are completed according to company policies and regulatory standards.

• This position requires attention to detail, self-motivation, energy, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, diverse environment while adapting to residents’ needs.
• Housekeepers follow set directions and schedules, handle cleaning chemicals safely, and use various tools like vacuums and washing machines.
• Physical stamina is essential for being on your feet most of the day and carrying supplies.
• Tasks include laundry, cleaning bathrooms, replenishing supplies, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, dusting, disinfecting high-touch areas, mixing chemicals properly, and other duties as assigned.
• Periodic tasks may involve preparing rooms for new residents, cleaning curtains or blinds, and inventorying belongings.
• Any maintenance issues or resident concerns should be promptly reported.
