Administer TMS and esketamine treatments while monitoring patient responses and recording psychiatric rating scales. Manage patient scheduling, financial procedures, and maintain accurate electronic health records across multiple regional centers.
Requires a high school diploma or associate degree with relevant experience, though a bachelor's degree in Psychology or Social Work is preferred. Must have reliable transportation for mandatory travel between various Michigan clinic locations.

*This is a regional position and travel is required to cover our Bloomfield Hills, Livonia, Dearborn, Mount Clemons and Ann Arbor centers, as needed.
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related Human Services field; and at least the equivalent of one year of healthcare work or internship experience.
High School Diploma, an Associate's Degree, or equivalent clinical certification, combined with significant relevant work experience. Technical & Clinical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (AdvancedMD and SalesForce preferred). Strong written and verbal communication skills are required. Required Travel & Logistics: This role requires travel to all centers throughout the region. Reliable personal transportation capable of facilitating movement to and between sites as operational needs dictate is a mandatory requirement. Physical & Other Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (provided).
