Locations
Perform nursing tasks including medication administration, immunizations, and CLIA waiver tests under the direction of a licensed provider. Ensure an excellent patient experience through health counseling, supportive care, and efficient patient flow management.
Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing school with a current NYS License as a Practical Nurse and CPR certification. Requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.

We're looking for an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who is kind, enjoys opportunities to collaborate, and is open to unique perspectives. You’ll be part of a team that is resilient and seeks fairness by listening to patients and providing patient-centered care.
You will be primarily based at one of our Buffalo locations and you will travel to other Neighborhood sites in Western New York as needed.

$26.75 an hour based on a full-time, 40 hour work week
Plus, this position offers a sign-on bonus for external hires, paid in installments throughout the employee's successful first year of employment.
