• To Do:Ensure that each individual receives quality, individualized health care management, resulting in their optimal health Conducting routine site visits, checking vitals, doing assessments, counseling of medication administration, and documenting progress Act as a health/medical resource for staff, training staff in the medical arenaConduct audits and reviews of medicationsEnsure that the company is in compliance with state requirements and organizational policies regarding medical care and records
• Schedule: Full-time Monday-Friday with occasional travel required; flexible hoursParticipate in an on-call rotation for triage of medical concerns for 1 week per month
