Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care across Inpatient, Outpatient, Emergency, and Infusion departments. Responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, administering medications, and coordinating care plans with healthcare professionals.
Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing school with a current Iowa nursing license. BLS, PALS, ACLS, TNCC certifications and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing are preferred.
Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care across various departments including Inpatient, Outpatient, Emergency Department (ED), and Infusion services, ensuring patient safety and satisfaction. Conduct regular assessments, monitor vital signs, and document patient conditions accurately. Respond promptly to changes in patient status and implement appropriate interventions as needed. Safely administer medications, IV infusions, and other prescribed treatments in accordance with hospital protocols and physician orders, ensuring compliance with all safety standards. Work closely with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and create individualized care plans that align with the patient’s needs and medical goals.
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing for Registered Nurse Current license in the state of Iowa or meets criteria established the Iowa Board of Nursing
BLS, PALS, ACLS, & TNCC – (preferred) and required per licensure after hire if not already certified Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
