Serves as a lead clinical support professional providing advanced direct care and crisis intervention for patients with complex psychiatric conditions. Responsible for managing a safe therapeutic milieu, mentoring staff, and performing specialized medical support procedures.
Requires an associate degree in a related field and at least 2 years of mental health work experience. A bachelor's degree and experience in inpatient crisis or emergency departments are preferred.
