The Monitor Technician is responsible for the continuous surveillance of patient cardiac monitors and remote telemetry. They must provide immediate notification to RNs and clinicians regarding any changes in cardiac rhythms.
Candidates must have one year of experience as a Monitor Technician and hold an AHA Basic Life Support certification. Completion of a basic arrhythmia course is required, while CRAT certification is preferred.

REQUIRED One (1) year of experience as a Monitor Technician Successful completion of a basic arrhythmia course or equivalent coursework. Must hold American Heart Association Basic Life Support. Visual color acuity depending on the role in specific units. PREFERRED CRAT (Certified Rhythm Analysis Technician) Certification through CCI. Work Hours: 7AM - 7PM Weekend Requirements: Yes
