The Speech Language Pathologist will provide expert evaluations and treatment plans for patients across various settings, including trauma and rehab centers. They are responsible for educating patients and caregivers on findings, goals, and home programs while collaborating with a multifaceted care team.
A Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology and a valid California state license are required. Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience and a current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
We are looking for Speech Language Pathologists to join us! In your role, you will work alongside a multifaceted team, comprised of seasoned Therapists, mid-career clinicians, and recent graduates. We have a variety of settings within our health system to meet your unique career goals! This includes our Level I Trauma Center, Comprehensive Burn Center, Inpatient Rehab, Post Acute Rehab, Outpatient Rehab, or Home Health. In your role, you will use your expertise to educate the patient and/or the caregiver about the findings of the examination, evaluation, established goals of the speech-language pathology program, plan of treatment, home programs, injury prevention, and more! You should be an effective communicator willing to collaborate with other members of the care team.
