The Patient Care Technician provides essential patient care, including monitoring vital signs, phlebotomy, and assisting with activities of daily living. They observe and document patient conditions and report changes to the professional nursing staff.
Requires a high school diploma and a professional certification such as CNA, NCMA, or NCPCT, or equivalent clinical program enrollment. AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required within 90 days of hire.
One year of health care experience (Preferred).
