The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is responsible for the provision of primary care medical services in a Patient Centered Health Home context, with a focus on access to care.
Description of Primary Attributes
1. Performance of the duties and responsibilities of the job requires the equivalent of extensive formal training in behavioral health, including an understanding of the application of the theory and practices of the profession to the operations of the organization, usually in the form of a major in Social Work as part of a Master’s Degree.
Licensed as Licensed Clinical Social Worker by the state of California.
1. Job duties require the compilation and analysis of information prepared in effective written form, including correspondence, reports, articles or other documentation. 2. Duties require preparation and execution of presentations to large groups.

$93,882.72 - $150,212.35 + PLUS SIGNIFICANT ADDITIONAL ANNUAL EARNING POTENTIAL through outpatient productivity and quality pay, generous retention payments, shift differential pay, and extra shift pay.
