Perform delegated direct patient care activities for an assigned group of patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Adhere to National Patient Safety Goals and population-specific competencies within the Stroke and Bariatric units.
Requires a high school diploma and either a recognized nursing assistant course, an accredited nursing program, or equivalent clinical experience. Current BLS certification is required or must be completed within 90 days of hire.
