About the Role

• As a Psychotherapist in our pool of qualified professionals, you will play a critical role in providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to diverse clients across the United States.
• Your primary objective will be to assess, diagnose, and treat individuals experiencing a wide range of psychological, emotional, and behavioral challenges.
• You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop personalized treatment plans that promote mental wellness and resilience.
• This role requires adaptability to work with clients from various backgrounds and age groups, ensuring culturally sensitive and ethical therapeutic interventions.
• Ultimately, your work will contribute to improving clients' quality of life and supporting their journey toward mental health recovery and personal growth.

Minimum Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related mental health field.
• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Psychologist, Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or equivalent.
• Demonstrated experience providing psychotherapy to individuals, families, or groups.
• Strong knowledge of ethical standards and confidentiality requirements in mental health practice.
• Ability to work independently and manage a diverse caseload effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with specific populations such as children, adolescents, veterans, or individuals with substance use disorders.
• Training or certification in specialized therapeutic approaches (e.g., EMDR, DBT, trauma-informed care).
• Bilingual abilities or experience working with multicultural populations.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and delivering remote therapy services.
• Additional certifications or continuing education in mental health specialties.

Responsibilities
