The Resident Assistant is responsible for assisting residents with activities of daily living and responding to signal lights or intercoms. They also perform light housekeeping and laundry duties to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience and training. A current First Aid Certification is required or must be obtained within 60 days of hire.

Answers signal lights, bells, or intercom system to determine residents' needs. Resident Assistants assist residents with specific needs involving their activities of daily living. Resident Assistants assist assists with resident's laundry when needed. Resident Assistants complete light housekeeping duties. Maintain physical environment in a clean, safe, and pleasant manner. Perform other related activities as assigned or requested
Qualification High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have current First Aid Certification or must obtain within 60 days of hire. Pre-employment requirements: Physical Background Check Mantoux (TB) Test Briarfield is a Drug Free Work Place
