Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care and assistance to residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being
• Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Administer medications and treatments as directed (Med Tech certification preferred)
• Monitor residents’ health status and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff
• Foster a warm, respectful, and supportive environment for residents and their families
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and resident progress
• Follow all safety and health protocols to ensure a secure environment

Skills and Qualifications

• Certified Med Tech or significant experience as a caregiver (preferred)
• Prior experience in senior care or healthcare setting is highly desirable
• Compassionate, patient, and attentive to residents’ needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively during the 3 to 11 shift
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of safety procedures and health regulations in senior care
