The therapist is responsible for analyzing clinical histories to develop and implement individualized treatment plans through individual, group, and family psychotherapy. They also manage case records, perform crisis interventions, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care.
Candidates must possess a limited license to practice therapy and demonstrate knowledge of trauma-informed care principles. Proficiency in completing Medicaid and Department of Community Health documentation is required.
